Premier Staffing Solutions is hiring Dispatchers and Yard Coordinators for a large transportation and distribution operation in Louisville KY.

If you have experience in dispatching logistics transportation warehouse operations shipping & receiving customer service trucking fleet coordination gate operations or administrative support we want to hear from you.

$19.00 Per Hour

JOB DUTIES

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily yard movements
• Communicate with drivers carriers warehouse teams and customers
• Monitor trailer locations and transportation activity
• Process inbound and outbound drivers
• Verify paperwork Bills of Lading trailer numbers and shipping documents
• Enter information into company computer systems
• Troubleshoot scheduling paperwork and transportation issues
• Maintain transportation records and reports
• Perform trailer lot checks and yard audits
• Support daily transportation and logistics operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Dispatch logistics transportation warehouse shipping & receiving customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work any shift including weekends
