The AMRAAM Production team has an immediate opening for a Program Cost Controls Analyst. This position provides a tremendous growth opportunity for an ambitious individual to partner with the program leadership team which includes Program Managers technical leads and functional addition this role will provide the opportunity to increase exposure to multiple facets of finance and the overall organization.

What You Will Do

• Support all program financial aspects including weekly and monthly financial performance reporting.
• Development of EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC) Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
• Budgeting cost control and variance analysis internal/external reporting risk management and financial support
• Partner with Program Management and cross functional leads to support program execution.
• Prepare detailed CDRLs in support of contract requirements (such as CFSRs and CSDRs)
• Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation labor and cost transfer submittals
• Initiating and reconciling invoicing interfacing with Orders to Cash team.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelors and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
• Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
• Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in developing EACs budgets and forecasts including variance analysis
• Experience with government financial CDRL submissions including CFSR and CSDR
• Experience using SAP (APEX PRISM and/or BW/AO) or similar financial systems.
• Strong presentation communication and professional skills; the ability to multi-task and work independently and with some supervision and oversight.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy problem solving skills
• Ability to apply interpret and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
• Experience with meeting critical deadlines data analysis reporting and/or process improvement.
• Experience in organizing preparing and presenting briefings to management and peers.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
