Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant degree in Business Technology Quality Management or a related field.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Six Sigma Green/Black Belt or equivalent quality management certification preferred.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology consulting with at least 3 years in a quality management methodology or practice development role.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing quality frameworks in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong technical writing capability and able to produce clear structured methodology documentation.
