Test Lead

Key Responsibilities Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts. Lead end-to-end testing strategy planning and execution across multiple workstreams. Define and implement QA processes standards and best practices for the project. Manage and mentor QA team members including task allocation code reviews and performance feedback. Own test planning estimation and resource management for releases and sprints. Drive test automation strategy and increase automation coverage across applications and data pipelines. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align testing timelines with delivery milestones. Ensure traceability between requirements test cases and defects (RTM management). Oversee defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution and prioritization. Perform functional integration system and regression testing. Validate data pipelines and data transformations (ETL/ELT testing). Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency across systems. Collaborate with developers data engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools/frameworks. Perform API testing and validate integrations between multiple systems. Identify log track and manage defects using defect management tools. Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective. Conduct performance and scalability testing where applicable. Ensure compliance with pharma/healthcare standards (GxP HIPAA). Maintain detailed test documentation and reports for audit readiness. Support UAT and production validation activities. Required Skills Strong experience in manual and automation testing. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium PyTest or similar). Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman REST Assured). Experience in ETL/Data Testing (preferably with Snowflake or cloud data platforms). Familiarity with Python or Java for automation scripting. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA TestRail etc.). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
