Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy financial planning and analysis financial reports company audits compliance and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding the companys financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and commercial management.

- AssisttheCEOandPEbackersinvaluationmaximisationandliaisingwithpotentialbuyers
Qualifications
- Strongfinance-basedanalyticalskills
- Minimum of 15 years of finance experience including in PE backed companies
- PreviousCFOexperienceinasoftwarecompanythathasmadeasuccessfulexit
- Experience as CFO in a company in the 200-500 person range
The salary is flexible for the right person (ignore the range on the job board) and there will be a generous variable plan and long term incentives on sale.
