The Team
We are seekingaSenior Staff Technical Program Managerto join theStrategyAnalyticsand Operationsteam that supports GEICOs this roleyou will manage orchestrate and drive execution of the foundational platform roadmap. Ensuring work stays aligned with business goals architectural standards risk and compliance requirements emerging technology adoption andlong-termscalability.
Youllsupport the coordinated delivery of foundational capabilities that power how GEICO builds securesoperates and scales technology including PaaS platforms infrastructure services cybersecurity platforms enterprise IT data platforms SRE capabilities developer experience tooling and workforce productivity solutions. Workingacross engineeringteams and leadersyoullmanage dependencies sequencing and delivery acrossdomains enabling teams across the enterprise to deliver fasteroperatereliably and innovate with confidence.
The Role
In this roleyoullget to act as a trusted advisor toexecutiveand senior leaders helping translate strategy and technical concepts into clear business outcomes and confident decisions.Youllget to leadcross functionalplanning intake prioritization and sequencing making sure teams stayalignedand dependencies are thoughtfully managed.Youllhelp guide thefoundationstrategyand roadmapbalancinginvestment scalability cost efficiency andlong-termbusiness value.Youllget to define and evolveplatform KPIs and success metrics like adoption resiliency developer experience time-to-market and operational health.Youllthen bring those metrics to life throughmonitoring and reporting frameworksthat show real impact.Youlldrive execution of complex multiteamenterprise platform programs managing risks milestones and change across engineering product and operations. Along the wayyoullhelp ensurescalability and repeatabilitythrough strong documentation and operational practices.
YourBackground
Enterprise platform experience:10 yearsin program/portfolio managementworking acrosslargescale enterprise platforms indata engineeringcybersecurity infrastructure and developer engineeringand/orfinancial tech.
Change agent mindset:Passion for improving how teams buildoperate and scale technology with a focus on driving meaningful organizational transformation.
Technical depth with business focus:Able to engage deeply with engineering leaders while staying grounded in business outcomes and value.
Data driven storytelling:Experienced in building and presenting dashboards roadmaps and impact stories using tools likePowerBI Tableau or internal visualization platforms.
Proven delivery impact:A strongtrack recordof driving complexhigh-impactinitiatives navigating ambiguity managing risk and dependencies and influencingmeasurableoutcomes across technology business andproduct.
Thrives in ambiguity:Comfortable operating in highly ambiguous rapidly changing environmentswith intention and focus inbringing clarity structure and momentum as priorities and conditions evolve.

Exceptional communicator:Articulates complex technical topics to nontechnical and executive audiences through clear narratives and storytelling.
Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering orrelatedfield.
Annual Salary
$120000.00 - $260000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
