Creative Lead (GaaS)
Job Summary
- Defining and evolving the live products roadmaps in alignment with the Creative Director and Development Director.
- Translating high-level vision/goals into actionable content beats (events updates features).
- Ensuring GaaS content feels cohesive with the core fantasy and player expectations.
- Designing engaging live content loops (seasonal arcs events limited-time modes) that are:
- High in perceived value for players
- Low-to-medium in production cost (reuse remix systemic design)
- Systemic and reusable to maximize output efficiency
- Leveraging existing assets and mechanics wherever possible
- Identifying smart content opportunities that balance novelty sustainability and cost.
- Aligning monetization with gameplay loops ensuring player value.
- Setting success metrics analyzing performance and iterating based on data and player behavior.
- Aligning cross-functional teams (design art narrative tech marketing) around creative intent.
- Reporting to Creative Director Development Director and leadership on live performance player sentiment risks and opportunities; present clear recommendations.
- Monitoring player sentiment community feedback and market trends to inform decisions.
- Leading mentoring and challenging the teamensuring high standards pragmatism and player-first execution.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading live service (GaaS) development on a shipped AAA title.
- Strong track record of owning or shaping product vision roadmap and live content strategy.
- Deep expertise in systemic game design player motivation and long-term engagement loops.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact content using scalable cost-efficient approaches.
- Strong data literacycomfortable defining KPIs and driving decisions from live performance metrics.
- Experience designing or closely collaborating on player-first monetization systems.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership skills across design art tech narrative and product.
- Ability to critically evaluate ideas and make pragmatic trade-offs (scope cost impact).
- Understanding of current live service trends in open world games.
- Very good command of English.
