Technical Operations Lead

• Manages Technical Operations team delegates tasks shares information within the team and provides feedback to the team.
• Manages and participates in studio equipment build processes plans resources.
• Keeps timelines for projects and delegated tasks.
• Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works.
• Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment tools and materials required for R&D builds and maintenance.
• Participates in R&D and solution design process.
• Participates in new employees selection and training.
• Participates in employee performance and development review and planning.
• Prepares and provides required reports provides needed information to management and other departments.
• Performs other duties as asked by the manager which are related to this position.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree (preferably in math engineering IT or management).
• At least C1 (Advanced user) level of English language skills.
• At least two years hands-on experience in IT electronics or engineering field.
• Vendor management experience.
• Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment and techniques will be considered as advantage.
• People management experience 2 years.

Responsibilities

Responsible for team leadership workflow delegation and project execution. Managing studio infrastructure vendor relations and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
