Madison Yards Family Dentistry is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our highly productive and patient-focused practice starting ideally on August 1.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving modern office with strong infrastructure advanced technology and outstanding patient demand.
Schedule
- Full-time Monday through Thursday
- Join a collaborative team that currently includes two doctors and four hygienists
Practice Overview
- 9 operatories equipped with advanced technology including CBCT Prime Scan Overjet and implant motor
- Trailing 12-month revenue of $2.2 million
- Strong established patient demand with a steady flow of new patients
- PPO and fee-for-service practice model that supports comprehensive treatment planning and exceptional patient experiences
- Supported by a robust in-house marketing team focused on continuous growth

Compensation
- Guaranteed daily rate for the first 12 months to support a confident and stable rampup (starting at $850/day)
- 32% of net production after the initial 12month period
- 100% practicepaid lab fees supporting strong takehome income

Responsibilities
- Educate patients regarding their comprehensive treatment options
- Maintain an environment where patients are comfortable and understand their health is our top priority
- Support the growth and development of our teams and practices
- Provide exceptional dental care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current and active dental license in good standing in Georgia or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to high-quality comprehensive patient care
- 3 years of general dentist practice experience is ideal
- Ideal for a clinician comfortable independently performing most endodontics and surgical extractions while exercising true clinical autonomy.
