Job Summary

Monitor network devices and links (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Handle L1 incidents and service requests via ITSM tools
Perform basic configuration changes under guidance
Check interface status errors and bandwidth utilization
Perform basic troubleshooting (ping traceroute)
Support VPN connectivity issues (basic)
Maintain shift handover and documentation
Follow SOPs and escalation procedures
Technical Skills
Networking fundamentals (OSI/TCP-IP)
Basic routing and switching concepts
Exposure to Cisco/Juniper devices
Basic firewall and VPN awareness
Network monitoring tools (SolarWinds Nagios)
ITSM tools
