Were partnering exclusively with a high-performing Private Equity firm in San Francisco on a newly created Office Manager position the first of its kind within the organization. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-ownership role within a lean rapidly scaling team where your impact will be felt immediately. Youll be working alongside a highly accomplished leadership team in an environment that values execution ownership and attention to detail.

The Opportunity

Youll serve as the central point of coordination for the office ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while supporting a fast-paced high-expectation environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure solving problems and operating with a high level of autonomy. This position requires in-office S.F. Monday through Friday. Non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

Own day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination
Manage office mail and time-sensitive internal teams distribution

Order and keep office supplies stocked of office supplies
Partner with building management and oversee office-related communications
Coordinate internal meetings materials preparation and administrative support
Assist with expense reporting for senior leadership
Plan and execute team events to support a strong office culture
Take on ad hoc projects as the team continues to scale

What Were Looking For

13 years of Office Manager experience within a professional environment
Bachelors degree required
Polished professional and discreet comfortable in a partner-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and operate independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment with shifting priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable troubleshooting office and meeting technology

Preferred industry experience: PE Firm financial services or professional services
