Role Scope:

We are looking for aSenior AssociateofBusiness Development & Strategyto join theEnterprise Growth teamsupportingbusiness developmenteffortspartner implementation & successinorganic growthexecution and enterprise growth strategic initiatives. Thisindividualwillplay a critical rolesupportinghigh-priority cross-functional projects to enable Habitat toachieve our ambitious growth goals. We areseekinga strategic and dynamicindividualwho brings structure to complex problemsis an analytical athleteandexhibitsa strong ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Advance Habitats partnerships strategy throughpartner- and state-specificmarketresearch includingcontribution topartnermembership analysesand opportunity briefs/memos

• Support business development cycles with potential partners includingcreationofpartner-specific presentation materialsandfinancial analysesandpartner project management

• Supportpartner implementation and partner successefforts includingstakeholder management metrics/KPI trackingescalation of risks partner expansion strategy and more

• Contribute to inorganic growth efforts includingassessment of potential targetsand cross-functional collaboration withrelevantteams (e.g. strategic finance)

• Enablestrategicprojectsto support keyenterprise growth initiativeson an as-needed basis

• Bring a flexible roll up your sleeves mindset and an ability to own strategic business problems and structure ambiguity

Experience that drives success in this role:

• 2-4 years of experience in management consulting investmentbankingorstrategy /business developmentat a high-growth startup ideally in the context of health care delivery

• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced unstructured work environment

• Strong interpersonal skills; high EQ

• Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a high degree of self-autonomy and a bias to action

• A strong passion for our mission with a high degree of empathy for the populations we serve

• A bachelors degree isrequired

Compensation:

Weconsideran individuals qualifications skillset and experience indeterminingfinalsalary. This role is eligible for health insurance life insurance participation in the companys equity program and paid time off including vacation and sick leave. The expectedbasesalary range for this position is$119000 to $140000. Position actual offer will be at the companys sole discretion anddeterminedby relevant business considerations including the final candidates qualifications years of experience skillset and geographic location.
