Job Summary
We are hiring for a BIM Coordinator for a client based in Mall of Asia Pasay City
This is a Hybrid work following a Dayshift schedule
Salary is up to 90000.00 based on experience
Main Requirements:
- Experience with Australian infrastructure or building projects.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
- Basic scripting knowledge (e.g. Dynamo Python or similar).
- Familiarity with GIS platforms and spatial data formats.
- Experienced or interested in working with data (Excel GIS scripting).
- Familiar with BIM tools and workflows (e.g. Navisworks Revit Civil 3D Reviztoetc.).
Responsibilities:
- Run model coordination and clash detection processes using industry-standard tools.
- Perform model exports/imports across various formats including IFC mapping.
- Conduct model QA and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Use client-side BIM review tools (e.g. Revizto) to manage and close coordination issues.
- Populate and QA metadata within models.
- Create and edit Excel-based spreadsheets for data tracking and reporting.
- Support GIS-related tasks and spatial data integration.
- Assist with scripting and automation to improve workflows.
- Contribute to project documentation aligned with ISO 19650 standards.
