Job Summary

Role: SAP Payroll Consultant (HCM) - US payroll

Experience: 7-9 years

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US payroll

Perform pre-payroll validation payroll execution and post-payroll reconciliation

Handle retro calculations off-cycle payments and adjustments

Ensure accurate tax calculations statutory compliance and filings

Post payroll results to Finance/General Ledger

Support data migration payroll balances validation and YTD reconciliation

Conduct parallel payroll runs unit testing and UAT support

Troubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepancies

Provide ongoing support during payroll cycles and audits.

Functional Expertise:

US Payroll:

Federal & State taxes (FIT FICA FUTA SUTA)

W-2 941 filings garnishments benefits (401k FSA etc.)

Multi-state payroll compliance and tax reconciliation

Skills & Requirements:

Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (US )

Good understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulations

Experience with payroll testing integrations and reporting

Ability to work in client-specific time zones (US )

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
