Role Overview
Cloud5 is seeking aBusinessProcessAnalystto analyze redesign and optimize corebusinessprocesses across the organization. This role will work closely withbusinessand technology stakeholders to improve efficiency scalability and quality throughprocessreengineering automation and the practical use of technologies such as RPA and AI.
The ideal candidate is bothprocessoriented and technologysavvy able to translatebusinesschallenges into streamlined workflows and automation opportunities that deliver measurablebusinessvalue.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and document existingbusinessprocesses across operations IT finance customer service and other functional areas
Identify inefficiencies risks and automation opportunities within current workflows
Design and implement optimized futurestateprocesses using industry best practices (Lean Six Sigma BPM)
Partner with technology teams to deployRPA AI and lowcode/nocode solutionsto automate manual or repetitive tasks
Developbusinesscases ROI analyses and success metrics forprocessimprovement initiatives
Leadprocessreengineering efforts from discovery through implementation and adoption
Create clearprocessdocumentation workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Support change management efforts including stakeholder communication and user enablement
Monitor postimplementation performance and continuously refineprocesses based on data and feedback
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree inBusiness Information Systems Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
36 years of experience inbusinessprocessanalysisprocessimprovement or operational transformation
Handson experience or exposure toRPA platforms AI tools or workflow automation technologies
Ability to translatebusinessrequirements into practical technical solutions
Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills
Comfortable working crossfunctionally with bothbusinessand technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services managed services or cloudbased environments
Familiarity with tools such as UiPath Power Automate ServiceNow or similar platforms
Knowledge of AI use cases such as intelligent documentprocessing chatbots or predictive analytics
Lean Six Sigma BPM or automation certifications
Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in fastgrowing organizations
