The Opportunity:

In this role you will report to the Supervisor and will work closely with the Avantors Advanced Laboratory Services professionals to serve our customers by performing customized mission-based lab work and research protocols that help return time back to science.

Location: Waltham MA 02401

Waltham MA with a future relocation to Cambridge MA mid-2026

Shift: Mon Fri 7:30 am 4 pm

Avantors Lab and Production Services team is a crucial part of the Avantor Services group serving over 500 customers in biopharma pharmaceutical educational industrial and high-tech industries with customizable flexible solutions and end-to-end laboratory operations support.

In this role you will:

• Receive and deliver product following the work stream hand-offs to the appropriate teams groups or person.

• Keep areas clean and safe so as not to interrupt workflows and promote a safe workplace.

• Support the management of the sites LN2 tank inventory including coordination of tank swaps.

• Support the management of the sites dry ice inventory including the filling of lab dry ice bins.

• Support PPE and Lab Consumables inventory through scheduled inventory checks and restocks. Proactive communication of stocking issues and tracking of stocking changes.

• Ability to support customer requests as needed and provide a high level of customer service. Using the Change Request process.

• Track activity and data usage and provide input to stakeholders.

• Support lab coat inventory management.

• Strong communication within the team including supporting work efforts as needed.

• Prioritizing and problem-solving to achieve personal and team goals.

• Complete required training as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned.
