What You Can Expect

As aManageryoullpartner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.Youlldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.Youllfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the will also be a mentor trainer and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as youfacilitatethe successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following

  • Experience with or understanding of:

  • Process improvement businesstransformationand projectand changemanagement methodologies.

  • Process analysis and assessments as well as development of process flows and future state roadmaps.

  • Service excellence-identifyingkey client business issuesdeterminingclient needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approachesevaluatingandvalidatinganalysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.

  • Evaluating summarizing organizing and interpretingdata.

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.

  • Ability to translate and communicateissuesrisksor challengesto client personnel including executives.

  • Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring oversight and review of work coordination across teams and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree inarelevant discipline(e.g.Business Administration FinanceAccountingor Related Field).

  • 5 years working inConsultingProject and/or Change ManagementFinancial Reporting Assurance Services or related field either in professional services or industry.

  • Experience with Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP systems preferred (e.g. SAP OracleWorkdayNetSuite Business CentralAcumatica).

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on WordExceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvaryby client project team and other business factors. Our people work bothin-personin local Protiviti offices and on client sites which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent in the range isdependent upon experienceskillsand geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$92000.00 $142000.00
