Housekeeping Professional – Earn more than anywhere else for A-Player Performance

The Role: You are the CEO of Your Vacation Rentals

You wont be a cog in a machine. You will own the guest-readiness for 2-3 vacation homes daily. Your mission is to ensure a flawless experience for families who trust us with their precious time to reconnect. We will give you the autonomy tools and support to run your route like its your own business.You wont need supervision because you supervise yourself. The work is physical and requires precision but the results are visible and rewarding.

Your success-and your pay-is tied to a clear and winnable scoreboard. You will earn top-tier pay by consistently achieving:

• 97% Quality Score on inspections
• 100% On-Time Completion within the assigned window
• Zero Preventable Callbacks

This isnt a vague goal; its a measurable standard. We expect excellence and we pay for it.

Your Toolkit for Success

We dont expect A-player results without providing A-player support. We will equip you with:

• Paid Professional Training (2-4 weeks): A dedicated coach will teach you our system and standards.
• Pro-Grade Supplies & Equipment: Vacuums PPE caddies and chemicals are all provided.
• Stable Routes & Consistent Support: Youll run your route solo but a lead is always a text or call away.
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile.
• Benefits: PTO holiday pay and employee perks like occasional free stays at our properties.

Who Were Looking For

The best person for this role is accountable coachable and comfortable with direct respectful feedback. You need reliable transportation a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. You must be able to meet the physical demands of the role and be willing to work peak days (Fri-Mon) and holidays. Professional housekeeping experience is a plus but we will train the right person with the right mindset.
