We seek Performance Management Training Course Instructor Performance Management Training USARCcandidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Performance Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Provide services and support as a Performance Management Training Course Instructor Civilian Training Services aligned with the Performance Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector. 

This role focuses on HC Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) USARC Civilian Training Services - Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO) located in Southeast (Fort Bragg NC/Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering performance management learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness leadership effectiveness and mission performance.

The Performance Management Training program equips leaders and employees with the knowledge and practical tools required to establish clear expectations align performance with mission objectives and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Participants learn how to develop measurable goals provide meaningful feedback evaluate results and support employee growth through structured performance management processes. Through coaching facilitated discussions practical exercises and real-world case studies participants strengthen their ability to drive workforce effectiveness improve engagement and achieve organizational outcomes.

Learning Objectives:  Develop SMART performance objectives; align employee performance with organizational priorities; provide constructive feedback; conduct performance evaluations; support employee development; improve accountability; and strengthen workforce effectiveness.

• Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region at or near Southeast (Fort Bragg NC/Virtual Delivery).  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall) Fort Bragg NC 28310-5010

Qualifications :

• 510 years professional training facilitation instructional delivery or military/civilian workforce development.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.

• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector and Performance Management Training Course Instructor Candidates principally support Performance Management Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required
