Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedFull-Stack Microsoft Developerfor a part-time consulting engagement to support the continued development enhancement and integration of our core web applications and enterprise systems. This is a hands-on technical consulting role focused on building and maintaining scalable AI-enhanced web solutions on Microsoft Azure with deep PostgreSQL API development and NetSuite ERP integrations through Celigo.

You will work directly with our internal engineering and business teams on a flexible schedule delivering high-impact solutions without full-time overhead.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET 6/8 C#Core Blazor or React backend).
Architect and deploy scalable solutions onAzure Cloud(App Services Azure Functions Azure SQL/PostgreSQL Flexible Server Key Vault Azure AD B2C Application Insights etc.).
Build and enhanceAI-powered websitesand features using Azure AI services (OpenAI Azure Cognitive Services Semantic Kernel or custom ML models).
Develop and optimize RESTful/GraphQL APIs withPostgreSQLas the primary database including Entity Framework Core Dapper advanced querying indexing and performance tuning.
Design implement and maintain bi-directional integrations between custom applications andNetSuite ERPusingCeligo() including real-time and batch data syncs custom flows and error-handling frameworks.
Provide technical consulting on architecture code reviews DevOps/CI-CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) and cloud cost optimization.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve production issues across the full stack.
Document technical designs API specifications and integration patterns.

Required Qualifications

5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with Microsoft technologies (.NET ecosystem).
Strong expertise inAzure Cloudservices and architecture (certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-400 a plus).
Proven experience buildingAI-enhanced web applications(chatbots intelligent search content generation or recommendation engines).
Advanced experience withPostgreSQLdatabase design performance tuning and API development (REST GraphQL).
Direct demonstrable experience integrating withNetSuite ERPusingCeligo() this is a hard requirement.
Solid understanding of secure authentication (Azure AD OAuth2 JWT) API security and data privacy best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a consulting capacity.

Preferred Experience

Previous consulting or fractional CTO-level work.
Experience with Blazor WebAssembly/Server or modern frontend frameworks (React TypeScript).
Familiarity with microservices event-driven architecture and Azure Event Grid/Service Bus.
NetSuite SuiteScript or Celigo advanced mapping/transformations.
Exposure to additional ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce Dynamics 365) is a bonus.
