Web Developer - Front End/REST APIs - 8 yrs of Experience (PARTIAL TELEWORK) - TS/SCI w/Poly clearance is required - BT Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a Web Developer to join our team. Location: Annapolis Junction MD/Hybrid Travel Required: No Shift: Day Remote Type: Hybrid (Up to 16 hours of telework dependent on tasking) Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI Polygraph: Required Salary Range The projected compensation range for this position is 175K-180K (annualized USD). Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. |
- Four (4) or more years of experience with web application and/or front-end languages and technologies
- Experience developing applications interfacing with REST-based APIs/services
- Full Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) experience that includes
- Analyzing and translating user requirements into software requirements
- A combination of both new software development and capabilities enhancement
- Software Integration (new and existing systems)
- Troubleshooting debugging and defects correction.
- Creation and editing of software system documentation
- Assisting with development and execution of test procedures for software components
- A Masters degree with five (5) years of software engineering experience
- OR a Bachelors degree with eight (8) years of software engineering experience in a Qualified Engineering Field (Aeronautics Biomedical Chemical Civil Computer Electrical Environmental Mechanical Nuclear Software Systems and Engineering Management) or a related discipline (Chemistry Computer Science Information Systems Mathematics and Physics) from an accredited college or university
- OR a High School Diploma or GED with twelve (12) years of software engineering experience.
