Job Description:

As an AI Developer you will design build and deploy production ready artificial intelligence solutions that improve operations enhance customer experience and drive innovation across the organization. You will work hands on to translate business needs into scalable AI applications collaborate across teams to identify high impact use cases and integrate solutions securely into existing systems while staying current with emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy AI driven solutions from concept through production.
• Translate business needs into functional measurable AI applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high impact AI use cases.
• Build test and maintain AI models ensuring scalability reliability and security.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and operational workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI best practices and capabilities.
• Support ongoing AI initiatives including assistance with chatbot solutions as needed.
• Participate in AI governance activities and implementation planning.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• Demonstrated experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms particularly Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to work effectively across cross functional teams and deliver end to end solutions.
• Strong problem solving skills with a focus on practical implementation.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with existing applications and data sources.
• Knowledge of AI model lifecycle management monitoring and optimization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
• Experience with chatbot development NLP or automation tools preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
