We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) to lead the planning implementation and optimization of digital learning solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution ensuring successful delivery of LMS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements for LMS initiatives
Manage end-to-end LMS projects including planning execution and delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders vendors and technical teams
Configure test and support LMS platforms
Monitor project timelines budgets and risks
Drive process improvements and user adoption

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms
Strong understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM xAPI)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
