Working knowledge on Custom scoped application.
ServiceNow Scripting (best practice) Client scripts Server Scripts Ui policies UI Actions Service Catalog Knowledge Flow Designer Integrations (REST) ACLs Roles Email actions Notifications Transform maps.
Strong experience in developing Record Producer Catalog Item and Service Portal.
Implemented best practices for enhancing the performance of the team and maintaining pace with the current technological change and development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to formulate and communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
