We are looking for an Endpoint Engineer to support and enable enterprise AI tools across Windows and macOS environments. This role focuses on deploying managing and optimizing AI-driven productivity tools for end users.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and support AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot ChatGPT Enterprise GitHub Copilot and Claude
Manage endpoint environments using Microsoft Intune SCCM and Jamf Pro
Package and deploy applications across Windows and macOS
Troubleshoot performance access and compatibility issues for AI tools
Automate deployment and provisioning using PowerShell Bash or Python
Monitor and optimize endpoint performance related to AI applications
Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliant rollouts

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools deployment and support
Strong endpoint management experience (Intune SCCM or Jamf)
Experience in application packaging and deployment
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell Bash or Python)
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

Nice to Have

Experience evaluating and onboarding new AI tools
Understanding of AI security compliance and governance
Relevant Microsoft or endpoint management certifications
