Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate functions and distribution or operational groups to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements for the Director of Sales and Business Development:
Bachelors degree in business prefer MBA
Extensive experience in sales leadership with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets
Strong people leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Industry experience in distribution or related sectors preferred
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills
Experience working with or competing against major industry players
Background managing a large group of territory managers.
