Job Description
Job Title - Oracle C2M Consultant
Experience - 8 - 15 Years
Location - PAN India (Hybrid UK shift )
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirement:-
This position supports the Power Utility Distribution company CIS Transformation Project by configuring and validating billing and tax processes in Oracle C2M ensuring SIT readiness for complex billing scenarios. The consultant will focus on billing cycles tariff logic and integration with LIS and external systems.
Analyze billing and tax business processes and identify system/process gaps.
Configure billing and tax processes including handheld device spot billing machine printer integration and tariff logic for high-voltage and low-voltage customers.
Validate SIT scenarios for billing cycles exception handling and Brazilian localization (CPF/CNPJ validation) (Not mandatory but will be an added advantage).
Collaborate with technical teams for custom table logic and integration with external systems.
Document functional specifications and support SIT execution and defect resolution.
Ensure user access management and audit logging for billing modules.
Strong Oracle C2M Billing expertise with hands-on configuration and SIT experience.
Knowledge of Brazilian localization will be an added advantage tariff logic and hand held device/spot billing machine integration.
Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.
8 years in Utilities domain; 4 years in Oracle C2M Billing.
Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
