Lunacon Construction Group is looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman or Journeyman Electrician to support our growing portfolio of commercial and public-sector projects.

What Youll Do

• Perform and oversee electrical installations in accordance with plans specifications and code requirements.
• Lead daily electrical activities on site and coordinate with superintendents and project managers.
• Supervise crews (Foreman role) and assign tasks to ensure productivity and quality.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate electrical rough-ins trim-out and final connections with other trades.
• Install troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems including lighting power panels feeders and controls.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC project requirements and safety standards.
• Support inspections punch lists and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a clean safe and organized jobsite.

Minimum Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent field experience.
• 5 years of commercial construction electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents and electrical drawings.
• Experience coordinating with other trades on active jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foreman or lead electrician experience.
• Experience on public-sector municipal or federal projects.
• Familiarity with jobsite documentation tools (Procore a plus).
• Experience with lighting controls power distribution and finish electrical work.
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
