About the Role

Were recruiting a Customer Supply Chain Manager Retail to join our Milk Supply and Planning team. This is a highprofile role with accountability for endtoend supply chain execution and service outcomes across our major retail customers including Coles Woolworths Metcash Costco and Aldi.

Sitting at the intersection of Commercial and Supply Chain this role acts as the central point of coordination between customer requirements and operational execution. Youll partner closely with Commercial teams Supply Planning Operations and Logistics while serving as the primary supply chain contact for retail customers.

The role requires strong judgement and composure balancing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fastpaced often highpressure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own endtoend retail customer service delivery coordinating forecast supply and order fulfilment

• Partner closely with Commercial teams to understand customer priorities commitments and risks

• Act as the primary escalation point for customer supply chain issues shortages and disruptions

• Lead clear proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders during disruptions

• Translate realtime supply chain information into clear actionable updates for Commercial teams

• Work closely with Supply Planning to improve forward planning event readiness and service outcomes

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce reactive firefighting and improve execution consistency

• Represent Supply Chain in customer forums service reviews and joint planning discussions

About You

You will bring:

• Experience in supply chain planning customer supply or logistics roles ideally within FMCG or retail

• Demonstrated experience working with major retail customers and complex stakeholder environments

• Strong endtoend supply chain understanding and confidence operating under pressure

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

• Strong analytical and reporting capability with comfort working across ERP systems and KPIs

• A proactive solutionsfocused mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities
