Job Summary
THE POSITION:
The People Partner is responsible for leadership and guidance to the organizations HR operations. The Partner is responsible for setting enforcing and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies procedures and best practices and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals under the guidance of the VP People.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
- Collaborates with assigned service line senior leadership as well as direct supervisor to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing recruiting and retention.
- Networks to ensure compensation and recruiting trends are being monitored as they relate to assigned services lines and/or the life science industry.
- Plans coordinates and implements policies processes training initiatives and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including but not limited to leaves disciplinary matters disputes and investigations performance and talent management productivity recognition morale and training and development.
- Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
- Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organizations human capital management system.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends best practices regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources talent management and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy practice and resources to upper management.
- Maintains confidentiality of employee health information employee relations issues compensation.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (Up to 10% travel to HR meetings and other EVERSANA facilities as requested/needed.)
- Hours (40 hours per week Monday through Friday)

Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- This position requires a Bachelor-level degree preferably in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity professionalism and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters degree in Human Resources or psychology
- SHRM Certification
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach grasp stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift) walk talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
