Insights & Reporting Specialist (Customer Success )
Job Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insights & Reporting Specialist to join our Customer Success team. This role sits at the intersection of data analytics reporting and client engagement. You will be responsible for building high-quality reports deriving actionable insights and continuously improving deliverables based on direct customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Build own and deliver periodic client reports (monthly quarterly campaign-based) with clear narratives and insights.
Translate raw media and PR data into meaningful insights aligned with client objectives.
Engage directly with clients to gather feedback on reports and identify areas of improvement.
Continuously refine reporting frameworks templates and storytelling approaches.
Collaborate with Account Management and Data Cleaning teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Leverage AI tools (e.g. GPT-based tools automation platforms) to enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.
Identify trends anomalies and opportunities in media data and proactively suggest improvements.
Customize reports for key accounts based on industry brand goals and KPIs.
Maintain documentation of reporting standards best practices and client-specific preferences.
Qualifications :
35 years of experience in data analytics reporting insights or a similar role (preferably in SaaS media analytics consulting or PR tech).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into clear actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Excel Power BI Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with AI tools and ability to use them for content generation summarization and workflow automation.
Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions or stakeholder management.
Ability to tell compelling stories with data (not just numbers but so what insights).
Attention to detail and high standards for report quality and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced client-driven environment.
Basic understanding of PR media monitoring or brand analytics is a plus.
Preferred Background
Candidates from consulting firms such as EY Deloitte KPMG etc. especially with experience in data analytics reporting or client advisory roles.
Experience in media intelligence marketing analytics or reputation management domains.
Exposure to SQL or data querying is an added advantage.
