Wiring Harness Design Specialist- Siemens NX

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Specific (Must Have)Create and develop wiring harness 3D routing using Siemens NX Electrical Routing module as per packaging and design requirementsPrepare 2D flattening drawings of wiring harnesses including wire lengths bundle diameters and branch detailsDefine and manage connectors clips clamps protective coverings (corrugated tubes tapes sleeves) in NX libraryPerform routing feasibility bend radius checks clearance analysis and ensure compliance with design standardsGenerate and maintain BOM wiring tables and harness documentation for manufacturing and validationAbility to assess electrical characteristics and influences on EMC owing to Wiring harness design 2.
