The Role

We are seeking experienced Shotcrete Nozzlemen to join our underground mining team on a project at King Island.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality shotcrete application using the Jacon MX3 Maxijet supporting safe ground conditions and efficient underground development in a remote mining environment.

• Location: King Island Tasmania
• Roster: 14:14
• FIFO from Major Cities
• Accommodation and meals provided
• Full-time permanent positions

Responsibilities

• Operate Jacon MX3 Maxijet shotcrete equipment underground
• Apply shotcrete to drives walls and underground structures
• Ensure correct thickness coverage and quality standards
• Work closely with development and ground support crews
• Maintain equipment and complete daily checks
• Follow all site safety procedures and underground protocols

Qualifications / Requirements

• Experience as a Shotcrete Nozzleman in underground mining
• Familiarity with Jacon MX3 Maxijet or similar shotcrete systems highly regarded
• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Pass pre-employment medical drug & alcohol screening
• Police clearance within 6 months
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
