Title: Retail Environment Manager Independent Drugstores

Location: São Paulo

Role Summary:

The Retail Environment Manager Independent Drugstores is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment strategy (Independent Drugstores) and the corresponding 7Ps based on their experience in Marketing Trade Marketing and Sales. This role interacts directly with Consumer Marketing Insights Customer Development Team and Category Management to develop strategies and execution tactics for categories and brands within this Retail Environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy.

• Identify the Shopper Mission in the Retail Environment.

• Evaluate Colgate-Palmolive and Category Performance in the Channel and Define Objectives.

• Define 7Ps Strategies and Tactics by Retail Environment.

• Set Objectives Coordinate Activities and Manage Expenses.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

• Experience with independent drugstores

• Knowledge of tools/data providers (Nielsen Neogrid IQVIA etc.)

• Advanced English
