THE POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to deliver precise thorough and verifiable process components in various formats encompassing Business Requirements Functional Requirements Data Requirements System Software Specifications and Use Cases. This role involves conducting business process and system analysis designing improvements offering implementation support translating business process needs into technical requirements and providing essential change management and training support. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating organizational and strategic planning in both technical and functional environments.

This person must possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or other relevant addition to a minimum of five (5) years of current experience (to include educational) in business process and system analysis design improvement and implementation efforts change management and training support. It is desired that this person has UI/UX experience for software applications.

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or other relevant disciplines

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex business processes and systems.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders team members and management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems analyze data and propose effective solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies including data analysis tools project management software and business intelligence tools.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations industry trends and the ability to align solutions with business goals.

Requirements Gathering: Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to contribute effectively to project success.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.

Attention to Detail: Thorough and detail-oriented in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.

Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Decision-Making: Capability to make informed decisions based on analysis and business understanding.

Documentation: Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation including business process flows use cases and requirements documents.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or SAFe Agilist (SA) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.

THE LOCATION

The Business Analyst position is remote.

Salary Range: There are various factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills education certifications and competencies that align with the specified role as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $100000-$120000.
