This role blends high-level strategic direction with hands-on execution ensuring a seamless premium brand experience across digital print and retail platforms.
The Role
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will lead and scale the graphic design department. You will partner with the Head of Creative to translate brand vision into scalable design systems overseeing everything from seasonal campaigns to global web architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Leadership: Act as the ultimate brand guardian; review and approve all graphic output and retouching to ensure luxury-level craft.
- Digital Innovation: Own the evolution of the website and digital design systems (UX/UI) ensuring a premium high-performance user experience.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing design team fostering a culture of detail-oriented excellence.
- Omnichannel Execution: Oversee the delivery of all assets across email social (TikTok-first mindset) wholesale pop-ups and press events.
- Process Optimization: Establish workflows and design frameworks that allow the brand to scale efficiently without losing its soul.
The Profile
- Experience: 8 years in graphic design with significant leadership experience in-house or agency-side (Luxury/Premium sector preferred).
- Digital Mastery: Proven expertise in Figma and web design systems; a deep understanding of how brand translates to digital interfaces.
- Technical Excellence: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AI-powered tools (e.g. Midjourney) is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to balance creative ambition with commercial business needs.
- Communication: A clear confident reviewer who can inspire a team and align with senior stakeholders.
