Business Administration Intern (Order Management)

What We Offer

During your internship you will have the opportunity to learn and grow by gaining hands-on experience in the Order Management and Invoicing process supporting key activities related to order management delivery coordination and customer service. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-changing environment where process accuracy data analysis and timely execution are critical.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone in their final year of university studying:

• Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields.

And someone who brings:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel).

• Interest or experience with Power BI or other dataanalysis tools (nice to have).
• The ability to make sense of data and explain it in simple clear conclusions.
• A high level of attention to detail and natural curiosity.
• A proactive attitudesomeone who likes asking why challenging information and suggesting better ways of doing things.

Were Looking for Someone With

• Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields (1.5 years remaining).
• Availability to work 30 hours per week.

• Strong interest in learning how the Order to Management process works by supporting and deliveryrelated activities and analyzing basic information.

• Solid analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP SUMIF etc. are highly beneficial for this role)
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and follow established procedures.
• Intermediate English
