Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Specialist to support the technical operations of our real estate company. This role is responsible for maintaining IT systems troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of software and hardware used by agents and staff. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills a solid technical background and the ability to support both in-office and remote teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops laptops mobile devices printers and network systems
- Install configure and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Manage user accounts permissions and system access
- Support real estate platforms such as CRM systems listing tools and transaction management software
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backups
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees (device setup account creation)
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and systems
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Specialist Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of networking system administration and cybersecurity basics
- Familiarity with cloud services CRM systems and office productivity tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
