Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team at Extract Wellness.
  • Manage and respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry file organization and other administrative tasks.
  • Help maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
