Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team at Extract Wellness.
- Manage and respond to emails phone calls and other correspondence.
- Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assist with data entry file organization and other administrative tasks.
- Help maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
