Job Summary

The Sales Support Specialist supports the LeadtoOrder (L2O) process by executing and coordinating all salesrelated administrative and operational activities. The role acts as a key interface between Sales customers and internal stakeholders with a strong focus on Salesforce (SFDC) data quality process compliance and efficient handling of preorder sales activities.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Support the LeadtoOrder process through administrative handling of leads opportunities and cases in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Administer Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and prepare quotations in coordination with Sales
  • Support Tender Management by coordinating and completing tender documentation
  • Manage Demo Equipment and sampling administration
  • Coordinate and track questionnaires and customer information requests
  • Maintain price lists and salesrelated reference data
  • Create and maintain customer master data in relevant systems
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports based on SFDC and related tools
  • Support Lead & Case Management including tracking documentation and data quality
  • Contribute to special projects and cooperate with Business Improvement initiatives

Qualification & Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
  • 23 years of professional experience in Sales Support Sales Operations or a similar role
  • Solid understanding of the LeadtoOrder process
  • Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC); SAP / CPQ knowledge is an advantage
  • High attention to detail strong service orientation and structured working style
  • Analytical mindset with reporting and data management skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international crossfunctional environment
  • Fluent in English; Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage / preferred
