Production & Process Engineer

We are looking for a Junior/Senior Process & Production Engineerwho will be part of operation team and focus on manufacturing process improvement.

Your Tasks:

• Monitor production progress work-in-process status and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements

• Collect analyze and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and control plan.

• Lead inprocess optimization cycle time reduction scrap reduction and continuous improvement activities

• Participate innew process or product introduction qualification and production ramp-up activities

• Maintain accurate and complete manufacturing records production documentation and standard operating procedures in accordance with company policies

• Prepare analyze and distribute production reports KPIs and performance metrics to relevant departments for management review

• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing Kaizen and Six Sigma

• Ensure a Safe working environment and good 5S practice (zero incident/accident)

• Any other tasks assigned by superiors based on the business needs/requirements

Your Skills:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering Mechatronics Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Design or related field

• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in process engineering or manufacturing.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and technical specifications.

• Familiar with CAD software is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytic skills.

• Willing to learn and continuously self-develop.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
