Job Summary
- Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
General Responsibilities
- Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources
- Bake cookies and muffins.
- Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
- Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet
- Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
- Assist in wrapping of gift items.
- Assist in product display.
- Assist in customer service.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager
- Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
- Able to work shifts public holidays and weekends.
- Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
Education
- Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
