The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a high-performing team driving data-driven decision-making across Adobes B2B business.

You will partner with Sales Marketing RevOps and Data teams to define how the business measures performance scales insights and operationalizes analytics. This role owns the evolution from fragmented reporting to standardized scalable and AI-enabled analytics.

What Youll Do

  • Hire coach and develop a high-performing team of BI analysts setting a high bar for quality and impact
  • Define and drive the BI strategy across dashboards self-service analytics and reporting infrastructure
  • Build and manage a clear outcome-driven roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with Sales Marketing and RevOps to define standardized KPIs and a single source of truth
  • Lead development of scalable dashboards and reporting in Power BI optimized for adoption and decision-making
  • Standardize reporting views data definitions and structures across teams
  • Ensure high-quality reliable analytics through strong data governance and validation
  • Translate business questions into structured scalable analytics solutions
  • Manage stakeholder demand prioritize effectively and lead trade-off discussions
  • Deliver clear actionable insights and data-driven storytelling to senior leadership
  • Drive adoption of self-service analytics and automated insights
  • Leverage AI/LLMs agent-driven approaches Python and Cursor AI to accelerate innovation
  • Embed analytics into workflows and measure impact on decision-making and performance

What You Need to Succeed

  • 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence Analytics or Data roles
  • 5 years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven success driving BI maturity and scaling analytics in large organizations
  • Deep expertise in Power BI SQL and Python
  • Strong understanding of data modeling data warehousing and ETL pipelines
  • Experience working with large data platforms (e.g. Databricks Snowflake Hadoop)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B sales digital marketing or customer journey analytics
  • Exposure to AI/ML LLMs or conversational analytics
  • Experience building self-service analytics ecosystems
