Role Summary and Impact

The Activation Executive is pivotal in ensuring the successful setup and ongoing management of campaigns. This role involves supporting a team of activation specialists in executing our commitment to clients. The Activation Executive gathers and provides crucial information for decision-making on performance and optimisations whileacquiringessential digital knowledge.

ReportingintoanActivationAssociateDirector the Activation Executive gains practical experience with various activation platforms within our solution portfolio. Collaborating with managersSeniormanagersassociate directors and offshore activation specialists they strive to deliver top-tier campaigns and results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

ActivationExcellenceand campaign delivery

  • Develop campaign activationexpertisethrough supporting end-to-end campaign management for clients.
  • Execute daily activation tasks to achieve client outcomes across all accounts managed by your team.
  • Supportwithcampaign lifecycleincludingsetup reporting analysis optimisation and troubleshooting.
  • Deepenknowledgeinto the clients business and KPIs toassistinimplementation oftest and learn plans.
  • Collaborate withourPlanningteamsto provide targeting recommendations and forecast availability for client briefs.
  • Handle multipletasksandworkstreamssimultaneously ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Offer operational troubleshooting and technical support escalatingissuesas necessary.
  • Expand your knowledge of theMedia Solutionsproduct suite and the role of data AI and analytics in enhancing campaign performance.
  • Stay abreast of programmatic landscape developments industry trends platforms and technology partners.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Conduct daily in-flight performance checks toidentifyany issues or areas for improvement.
  • Generate optimisation and performance reports as needed.
  • Utilise available dashboards to maximise campaign results.
  • Recommend optimisations to achieve campaign goals.
  • Support discrepancy investigation and resolution
  • Understand the basics of margin monetisation and billing processes.
  • Aid in producing and delivering post-campaign analysis and reports.

Processes and operational efficiencies:

  • Understand and implement best practices for quality efficiency and accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Utilise existing automation tools effectively in campaigns.
  • Follow activation controls best practices and quality assurances.
  • Collaborate with the offshore team.
  • Maintain due diligence for operational tasks including Salesforce and supplier reconciliation.
  • Engage with the activation community to refine processes as products and technology advance.

Requirements/

  • Eager toacquirenew skills with a keen interest inAdtechnology.
  • Team player with strong collaborative spirit.
  • Proficient in Excel with analytical capabilities; ready to master key business systems.
  • Apassion for marketing advertising and media.
  • Curious about internet functionality online advertising industry and its evolving trends and technologies.
  • Experience with technical/digital platforms with DSP experienceadvantageous.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a knack for building effective relationships.
  • Independent initiator open to seekingassistanceand suggestingnew ideas.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle various clients and tasks effectively.
  • Highly organised with exceptional time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Solution-focused able to perform well under time constraints.
