About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based digital media company to hire for this role. They publish content across tech business and lifestyle verticals and need a writer who can produce clean engaging copy at pace.

The role

Youll write and edit articles blog posts product descriptions and web copy across a range of topics and brand voices. Youll work from briefs research independently and deliver polished drafts that need minimal editing.

What youll do

• Write long-form articles blog posts and guides from editorial briefs
• Produce product descriptions landing page copy and email content
• Research topics accurately and synthesise information clearly
• Edit your own work to a publishable standard
• Hit word counts and deadlines consistently

What youll need

• Excellent written English native or near-native level
• Able to match different brand voices and write for different audiences
• Self-directed researcher who can verify facts without hand-holding
• Reliable with deadlines

Nice to have

• SEO writing experience and familiarity with on-page optimisation
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
• Background in a specific niche (tech finance health or e-commerce)
