Adecco is looking for an HR Consultant for our office in Kraków located at Tischnera 8 (Sabre Office). If you would like to gain valuable experience in recruitment HR and personnel administration while working in a dynamic and friendly environment this opportunity is for you!

About the Position

As an HR Consultant you will be responsible for administrative support related to employee and client services. The role involves cooperation with various industries and daily contact with candidates clients and the HR team.

We recruit candidates for the following sectors:

• Automotive

• Bygg & Anlegg (Construction)

• Installation & Industry

• Transport & Logistics

• Warehouse & Logistics

• Hospitality

• Education

• Catering

• Cleaning Services

Your Responsibilities

• Creating and publishing job advertisements

• Coordinating employee documentation

• Providing administrative support in HR matters

• Contact with employees and clients

• Cooperation with the payroll and HR departments

• Organizing onboarding for new employees

• Ensuring document accuracy and compliance with procedures

We Are Looking for Someone Who

• Has experience in recruitment HR or administration

• Is well-organized and independent

• Can work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks at the same time

• Enjoys working with people and easily builds relationships

• Is proficient in computer systems and administrative tools

• Is communicative and professional

• Speaks Polish and English (Norwegian is also welcome)

• Is motivated by personal development and achieving goals
