About the Role

We are seeking aproactive structured and hands-on HR Generalist with strong recruitment expertiseto join our team on a 12-month contract with the potential for a permanent position.

In this role you will contribute to aglobal HR function supporting multiple portfolio companies and working with an internationally distributed workforce. You will play a key role in driving recruitment activities while strengthening HR processes and systems.

Success in this position requires strongplanning ownership and execution capabilitiesin a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manageend-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning sourcing strategies and agency collaboration
• Support the development and continuous improvement ofHR systems tools and processesat group level
• Ensureaccurate HR data management including system maintenance and GDPR compliance
• DeliverHR reportingand maintain employee documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Contribute topolicy development and complianceacross multiple countries and business units
• Advise and support managers and employees onHR matters policies and local employment regulations
• Facilitate HR initiatives knowledge-sharing activities and internal engagement events

Ideal Profile

• HR Generalist experience with astrong focus on recruitment
• Experience working in aglobal multi-country environment
• Familiarity with HR systems such asBambooHR HiBob or Workday(experience with AI-enabled tools is an advantage)
• Highlystructured and organized with strong planning and prioritization skills
• Proactive self-driven and accountable for results
• Strongcommunication and stakeholder managementskills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum3 years of relevant experience
• International exposure and strong intercultural understanding
• Solid knowledge ofemployment law
• Strong project management and execution capabilities
• Proficiency inMS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
