Assignment Description
We are seeking an IT Support Consultant with experience in 1st and 2nd line support within an End User Services (EUS) environment. The role involves handling incidents service requests and ensuring efficient day-to-day IT operations.
You will support end users across tools such as Google Workspace Atlassian MS Entra ID Intune Slack and Ubiquiti while collaborating with other IT teams for escalations and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st line user support for incidents and service requests
Log prioritize and follow up on tickets in ITSM systems
Perform user and device administration (onboarding/offboarding)
Support software license management and procurement tasks
Deliver 2nd line support for software hardware and network issues
Troubleshoot access management and system-related issues
Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and resolution
Ensure proper documentation of support activities
Requirements
Must-Have
Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line IT support
Experience with ITSM tools and ticket handling (incidents/service requests)
Experience with user and device administration (on/offboarding)
Experience with access management processes
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace MS Entra ID Intune Slack Atlassian and/or Ubiquiti
Strong service mindset and communication skills
Ability to work in a structured user-focused environment
Professional English communication (written and spoken)
Nice-to-Have
Scandinavian language skills are an advantage
