Job Summary

Position:Director Program Management (Technology)
Location:Hybrid 2-3x per week in office (Toronto Downtown)
Structure: Permanent Full-Time
Pay:$150000 to $175000 CAD

Requirements:

10 years of project management experience with a track record of successfully managing complex technology transformation in digital bankingsector
12 years leading large-scale business/technology programs
Experience establishing and championing program governance PMO practices or agile delivery frameworks
Experience as a PM at a Canadian bank
Experience with Enterprise Delivery Frameworks
Proven experience in strategic planning and portfolio management
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry
Exceptional communication negotiation stakeholder management leadership skills
Bachelors degree PMP or equivalent certification
