Were hiring a part-time W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide K8 school-based services for the school year. Position Details

• Caseload: K-8
• Schedule: Flexible during Monday - Friday school days
• Hours: 8-14 hours/week
• Dates: August 2026 - May 2027
• Location: Onsite in Boise ID

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals
• Support data collection progress monitoring and documentation
• Collaborate with supervising SLP teachers and school staff
• Maintain accurate service logs and assist with reporting
• Participate in team meetings as appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid ID SLPA license or registration
• Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required
• Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively
